It lights me up and the idea for this brand has been on my heart for a long time. So, I am taking a leap of faith and bringing cold-pressed juice and healthy food options to the community!
My passion was sparked by my own journey from chronic illness to vitality over the past 5 years. I turned to Naturopathic Healthcare out of desperation, and it was a true turning point in my life.
Drastic changes to my diet, eliminating wheat, dairy, almonds, and sugar led me on a cooking adventure that is never ending. I completed the Forks Over Knives Cooking Course through Rouxbe Cooking School and obtained my Holistic Nutritionist Certification through AFPA Whole foods, of mostly plant ingredients is my focus, and I have become a bit of a local "expert" on cooking that is safe for food allergies and intolerances.
Curiosity led me to juicing about 4 years ago, and this has been an amazing addition to my life and to my family and close friends. We have enjoyed improvements in immunity, healing, digestion, and even cholesterol. I LOVE learning and recently completed the Juice Guru Certification Juice Therapist Program.
Food, Faith, and Community are my passions and everything Nourish Juicery and Kitchen will be is based on that foundation.
